I love to imaginative something about future. When I decide to receive some products that I really wanted, then I imagine myself what I will do with it when I receive that products. I see myself really happy with those products. This imagination gives me a motive force so I work harder to receive that product. It works on everything. As I am taking CAS 110 this summer, I imagine myself as end up getting 4.0 and see my happy face. That is why I work really hard to get 4.0 in this class because I want to see my happy face just like my imagination.

I am a creative person but nobody think I am a creative person. I do not share my ideas with other because I am really scared that people might think me as a retarded person. When I see this quote, I agreed with it 100%. It does not matter how creative you are, if you cannot share with other then your creative ideas will just disappear. If you have a creative idea, be brave and share with other. They probably like your ideas as well. I need to apply this quote in my life so I can show how creative I am.

I also think that ideas that are not dangerous are unworthy of being called an idea. Ideas should be something that most people should get surprised by. If your ideas are known as something that most of people are familiar with then it should be called fact or common sense instead of the idea. I think ideas and creativity are same. Both ideas and creativity are new information that people are not familiar with. I did not receive 4.0 on last assignment because I did not have a good idea. I draw something that everyone is familiar with. So I was not creative on that assignment and was not an idea.

I like this quote because it makes clear sense to me. I can make fun of other people creative act very easily but it will take really long time to perform a creativity act. Whenever I see the product that is creative, I always think that creativity product is very easy to make instead of getting surprise. Probably most people will think same way. They will think they can do as well as person who made creative product can but it is really hard to make creative product. It is true that making a hard question is definitely more difficult than solving a hard problem.

This is my goal. I want to do something really creative that average people do not even understand. Although I like to think creatively, I have never had an idea that people do not understand. Most my ideas were predictable so everyone understand my ideas very clearly. I want to open my own business. Although, I have many ideas about the business, most of ideas are very predictable so many people will also open similar business so I will have many competitors. I need to do stuff that people do not understand so I do not have a competitor.

This advertisement is very creative. You might think this advertisement is just torturing polar bear, but it has deeply meaning. It shows about global warming that impacts polar bears’ life. Everyone knows that global warming is serious problem but most of them do not try to prevent global warming. Carbon dioxide causes global warming, but how many people in the world actually care about reducing carbon dioxide? Many people do not even know how to reduce carbon dioxide. It is true that developed countries control the world, such as United States of America and some countries in Europe and some countries in Asia. However, those developed countries cause global warming. Every developed country realize that global warming is very serious problem but do not try enough to prevent Carbon dioxide. China is one of the countries that have most powerful impact in the world but it produces most carbon dioxide in the world. Who is responsible for global warming? Every human being who are desire to live convenience life causes global warming. This advertisement is just a picture of a polar bear that stand in the small piece of ice but it has deep meaning. It shows how selfish human beings are, and how global warming impact polar bears’ life. I think this advertisement is very creative because just one simple image makes people think deeply. I believe that creative advertisement does not have to be a funny or innovative idea. By looking at this image, I had many thoughts about this picture. I believe that this image is worth more than five pages of paper about global warming. Not many people will get interested by essay about global warming but many people will get interested by this picture. I am sure that people who looked at this picture will have many thoughts just like me. That is why I think this advertisement is very creative.

1. Find people who have the portent to committing suicide and talk to them and make them understand that they are not alone.

4. Go to travel with them every week or every month and spend whole day with them.

Interview

I have interviewed Jee Soo Lee who works in Naver Inc. She is the public relationship writer at Naver. Naver is the biggest network company in Korea; it is dominated in Korea and even more popular than Google in Korea. She was a very creative person. As soon as she met me, she threw me a very simple picture and told me to describe about that picture for five minutes. I spoke very slowly and described every atmosphere and characters in this picture, but it was last for about two minutes. There were four people on the bench; this picture is so simple so there was nothing else I could talk about besides people. When she describes the picture, she started to talk about the weather that it will rain because clothes they wore. I thought she should be a detective instead of writer but when she talks about each person’s mood, I could see how creative she was.

She believes that being creative can be learned but without effort you cannot be creative. She always grabbed a random picture and writes random stories on her diary.  She had done that for ten years, but when she looked back on her diary, there were always different stories were created. She does not set specific times to think creative or brain storming. She usually thinks creatively when she walks to her office or on the way back home. Her habitual motion is carrying a diary and a pen. She writes everything what she thought. She believes that creative idea comes out really quick and also forgettable really quick. So she writes as soon as creative idea comes out. She was only 30 years old, but she had promoted in director of PR teams which is very high status. Based on her interview, I learned how important to put effort in order to be creative person. From today, I am going to carry a diary and a pencil and whenever I thought creative ideas, I am going to write down.

Why do people commit suicide?

  Approximately, 3000 people commit suicide everyday which means every 30 seconds a person commit suicide. People assume that more people will commit suicide in developing counties but five countries were the member of Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development out of the top ten lists of suicide rates by countries. It describes that wealth does not have do anything with committing suicide. Then why do people commit suicide? There are numerous reasons for committing suicide, such as wealth, school, relationship and status. Putting those reasons all together, people usually commit suicide, when they are unsure about the future. Moreover, how many people would like to hear bell of the alarm clock in the morning? Probably everyone will feel painful, when they hear the bell in the morning, and want to break the alarm clock. As Socrates said “Death may be the greatest of all human blessings”. If death is the greatest of all human blessing, then why not people just commit suicide and receive the greatest blessing earlier? The fear of death is more dreadable than deaths so many people who are suffering disease that cannot be cured also commit suicide a lot. Kurt Cobain said “It is better to burn out than fade away”. How this line can be interpreted? It can interpret as if you know that you are going to die, then just fade away. Those famous saying is talk about the death itself and death is really good and blessing. According to suicide rates by countries, Korea is ranked in second. In Korea, there are many people commit suicide because of the debt. One of the most famous Korea adages is “death people cannot talk”. It means that if you die, you are free from the debt and guilt. If death is so blessing and good, then why people do not commit suicide? If you commit suicide, you can free from all the guilty and the debt. Then what about your family? Research shows that if one of the members of the family commits suicide and whole family will get depressive disorder. When I was in military, there was a soldier who committed suicide. We could not remove his body because we had to wait until his parents see his body. It happed 3 years ago, but I cannot still forget his parents’ expression. There is no words exist that I can describe their expression. There should not be any reasons for committing suicide. It is one of the most selfish decisions that human being can make. It is true that death can be also blessing, but there is no doubt that born is more blessing. Everyone knows that possibility of winning first prize in Lotto is really low and almost impossible. However, possibility of you are born is lower than getting the first prize in lotto. If you win the first prize in Lotto, would you throw that away? For same reason, you should not committed suicide.
